Welcome to Pawcific Dog Academy's Group Training, where every Sunday, we provide an opportunity for dogs of all ages and skill levels to thrive in a structured, distraction-filled environment. Whether you're just beginning your dog's training journey or looking to refine advanced skills, our Group Training sessions at Kate Sessions Park and Liberty Station are the perfect way to enhance your dog’s obedience and socialization.
Our Group Training sessions are unique, offering the perfect balance of structure and real-world challenges.
Here’s why our classes stand out:
1. Real-World Distractions
Public Locations: Our classes take place in vibrant, public spaces like Liberty Station and Rancho Buena Vista HS Ball Park, where your dog will face a variety of distractions, including loud noises, crowds, and events.
Focus Under Pressure: Your dog will learn to focus and obey commands even with distractions around them, which is essential for their success in everyday life.
2. Socialization with Other Dogs
Group Environment: With 10-20 other dogs and their owners, your dog will have plenty of opportunities to practice socializing and behaving around other canines.
Learn Good Manners: Socialization in this setting helps improve your dog’s confidence and teaches them how to interact appropriately with other dogs.
3. Comprehensive Obedience Training
Obedience for All Levels: From basic commands like sit, stay, and recall to advanced skills, our classes cater to dogs of all skill levels.
CGC Training Included: Our Canine Good Citizen (CGC) training is integrated into regular sessions. Whether you're working toward CGC certification or just improving your dog’s behavior, you'll get valuable skills for every situation.
4. Advanced Off-Leash & Agility Training (4:30 PM)
Advanced Skills: After the main group class, we offer Advanced Off-Leash and Agility Training at 4:30 PM. These classes help your dog build independence, confidence, and agility.
Variety of Locations: Some off-leash classes may be held at Fiesta Island, where we can take advantage of a larger space for more advanced training.
Please note: Classes will be canceled if it rains. We want to ensure the safety and comfort of both dogs and owners, so please check the weather before attending and stay updated on any schedule changes.
